Experience
- Prior experience in project management within the steel fabrication and erection industry is strongly preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (2 4 years) is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Experience with Tekla, Trimble, or Powerfab is a plus
- Solid understanding of steel construction materials, methods, and tools
- Familiarity with safety compliance, quality control, and cost management standards
- Strong mathematical aptitude for estimating, planning, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage documentation and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to perform field measurements and audits
- Valid U.S. driver's license required for travel and site visits
