We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design to join our client team in Boston MA. This role is ideal for a creative and detailoriented professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a passion for designing luxury hospitality spaces.
As a Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process from concept development to final execution ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of aesthetics functionality and brand alignment. You will collaborate with architects engineers project managers and clients to create innovative and visually compelling interiors that enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead space planning conceptual design and interior architectural development for hospitality projects.
- Develop and produce detailed construction drawings floor plans elevations and 3D renderings.
- Select and specify FF&E (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) materials lighting and finishes to create cohesive and luxurious interiors.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the development of mood boards presentations and design narratives to communicate creative concepts to clients.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards building codes ADA compliance and project requirements.
- Conduct onsite visits design reviews and quality control assessments to ensure project alignment with design intent.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining timelines budgets and client expectations.
