Senior Tax Manager

Full Time - Permanent

Essential Responsibilities :

• Review and finalize individual and business income tax returns prepared by staff.
• Oversee and deliver accounting services, including financial statement preparation and compilations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, the IRS, and other internal and external professionals as needed.
• Adhere to and implement standard operating procedures.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, missing information, and potential tax planning opportunities when reviewing prior-year documents, draft returns, and client-provided information.
• Manage engagement budgets and billing processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to preparers and staff through on-the-job coaching.
