We are hiring Service Technicians across multiple locations in the USA for full-time, direct-hire positions with our clients. This role requires expertise in HVAC systems and boiler service, maintenance, and repair for both commercial and residential sectors . Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, furnaces, and heating equipment for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety regulations.
- Perform installation, replacement, and upgrades of heating and cooling systems, including gas, oil, and electric units.
- Troubleshoot boiler and burner controls , including combustion tuning and efficiency testing.
- Work with various system components, including chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, hydronic systems, and steam distribution .
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose system issues.
- Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local HVAC regulations , including refrigerant handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service , explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
- Document service calls, maintain accurate records, and process work orders using company software.
- Work independently and as part of a team, coordinating with dispatchers, supervisors, and other technicians.
