About the Role :
We are seeking a Workers' Compensation / Liability Attorney with 3 5 years of experience in State and Federal general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Property, Casualty, and Coverage matters, as well as all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation, including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witness coordination, and trial preparation. Some civil litigation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of Workers' Compensation litigation, from pretrial motions to trial preparation.
- Manage Property, Casualty, and Coverage-related legal matters.
- Conduct depositions and work with expert witnesses.
- Perform legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
