Director Product Management, Asset Performance - AI Company

Our client, an AI public company, is seeking a seasoned Director / Sr. Director of Product to lead its Asset Performance product line.

Note : Please ONLY apply if you have deep expertise in Asset Performance with Industrial focus (e.g. predictive maintenance, process optimization).

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of product managers.
Interact with customers and market thought leaders to develop a deep understanding of enterprise business problems and define product requirements and best practices for asset performance solutions.
Set strategic direction and priorities for your products.
Define and document business processes impacted by your products.
Author product specifications, including use cases, activity flow diagrams, screen mockups, and identification of data sources, analytics, reporting, and integration requirements.
Build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.

Qualifications :

7 years of experience delivering compelling, scalable systems.

5 years of leadership experience with product, architecture, and technology implementation, including direct reports.

3-5 years of experience in developing asset performance software solutions.

Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery models.

Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year university, with a focus on science, technology, engineering, math, or similar.
