The ideal candidate will have an MBA and proven experience in driving B2B marketing strategies, preferably within the technology or enterprise software sector.

Responsibilities :
Act as a bridge among different parts of the marketing function.
Identify various ways to utilize marketing assets.
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives, including demand generation, brand positioning, and thought leadership.
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, webinars, and public relations efforts.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI analyses to optimize campaign performance.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Qualifications :
MBA from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred.
5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or enterprise software.
Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and / or enterprise software industries is a plus.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Additional Info :
The company has5 days a week office policy based in Menlo Park.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
