Raycap, Inc. has an opening for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Accountant to join our accounting team in Post Falls, ID.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Review incoming freight and customs invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Verify supporting documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, freight quotes, and purchase orders
- Post invoices in SAP in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper account assignments
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure proper documentation flow with customs authorities
- Maintain monthly reports related to freight and customs expenses
- Other duties within the accounts payable department as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with freight, logistics, and customs documentation and terminology
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage high volumes
