What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Control Analyst position at Raycap Inc?
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Monitor physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, investigate variances, and resolve issues
· Be an active part of the inventory team
· Perform and oversee warehouse and financial transactions within the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory management and financial reporting
· Investigate inventory counting variances and resolve issues
· Reporting & analysis of inventory turnover, including highlight of slow moving & obsolete parts
· Provide back-up & support for other finance functions as needed, including special projects as assigned
· Collaborate with IT, warehouse, and procurement teams to enhance inventory data accuracy
· Assist in developing continuous monitoring programs for key business areas using data analysis
· Ad-hoc analysis and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 2 to 5 years experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, or Related Field is a plus
· Knowledge of SAP is a plus
· Strong Excel Skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Able to build and manage collaborative relationships with a variety of people
