We're looking for a Graphic Designer that will create visual design solutions for our products and properties, ensuring all content is consistent with brand standards while fulfilling both partner and user needs. With a firm understanding of digital design best practices, this role works with and reports to the Creative Director and collaborates with UX designers, writers, social media specialists, website developers, and product managers to create compelling messaging and content for a wide range of projects, including: websites, videos, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, editorial articles, ads, printed literature, and collateral marketing materials.

- Work collaboratively to conceptualize and execute innovative digital and print design solutions.
- Maintain brand identity standards and visual style consistency as defined by the Creative Director and as articulated in brand and style guides.
- Oversee projects from the start of the design process through completion of the assets.
- Communicate with team members to effectively articulate visual solutions for both Product and Marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate in the creation of photography, illustrations, artwork, and interactive design elements in a manner consistent with the creative briefs and brand style guides.
- Under the direction of the Creative Director, work with the team to develop the overall look or style of a website, publication, or marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with writers to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects.
- Provide accurate time and cost estimates for digital and print assignments.
- Participate in project briefings and creative brainstorming meetings.
- Assist in mentoring and professional development of fellow designers and other members of the team.
- Prepare complete, accurate, press-ready files and oversee the production of printed materials with outside vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- A background in Digital Design/Digital Products
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end design parameters for websites and mobile applications
- Understanding of interaction design, and style guides
- Proficient with digital design software including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and InVision
- Understanding of video production asset delivery and design
- Strong web design skills, with an understanding of mobile and application design
- Knowledge of UX design and web design fundamentals
