This full-time position includes a competitive base salary and benefits. The role will follow a Hybrid work schedule (1 day remote, 4 days at our New York City office).  This candidate will report to the Senior Director of Product.

About the Role

Raycon is looking for a passionate and energetic Influencer Associate who’s excited about Raycon and marketing. 

As an influencer-driven brand, we are looking to continue building our brand presence with aligned and relevant influencers.

The ideal candidate has experience working with influencers in the past and some years of experience in marketing, preferably with a direct-to-consumer brand. You should be familiar with eCommerce and comfortable with retail operations processes, inventory management and accuracy, and will take a direct role in supporting the operations and finance team with internal and external audits.

You will report directly to our Influencer Marketing Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Create and manage on-brand and high-performance influencer efforts and coordinate communication across a broad and diverse influencer ecosystem 
  • Streamline operational processes related to our influencer marketing efforts, which will include organizing and shipping samples, corresponding, and following up with influencers
  • Source, develop, and pitch new partnerships and assists in influencer sourcing 
  • Identify and evaluate channel expansion opportunities to help us reach target customers, expand our reach, and stay on top of the latest trends
  • Drive efficient performance, track and optimize campaigns daily, weekly and monthly to hit our conversion targets ,and reporting on campaign KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 dedicated to influencer performance marketing (internships included) and strong preference for experience in DTC eCommerce. 
  • A highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, work autonomously, and communicate proactively
  • Experience with negotiating terms and rates in prior work experiences
  • Analytical, structured thinker who is comfortable with numbers and has Excel experience with a track record of leveraging insights to optimize campaigns
  • Working knowledge of the influencer landscape across all social media platforms.
  • Dedicated experience in direct influencer communication across all social platforms, experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work with the team at all levels, within a highly collaborative environment
  • You are exceptional at streamlining processes, keeping things organized and executing with competing priorities and 
  • You’re a problem solver. You’ve “Escaped the Room”. You can think on your feet, with analytical skills a huge plus
  • You are not afraid of challenges. Taking large and calculated risks do not unnerve you and you embrace the responsibility
  • You’re open-minded. To learning new things, being around new people, mentorship, feedback, and learning and growing in your role

Raycon is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

NYC Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
