Accountable To: Inventory Control Supervisor
Job Summary: The Outbound Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring order accuracy, product quality, and customer satisfaction while protecting the Raydia Food Group brand. This position works closely with the Inventory Control Supervisor and Outbound Team to verify that outbound loads are properly palletized, wrapped, and contain the correct items and quantities.In addition to outbound auditing, this role will assist with the driver check-in process to ensure smooth and accurate documentation of outbound shipments.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Audit and document outbound shipments to ensure order accuracy.
- Break down pallets to verify case pick accuracy.
- Compare and validate products against WMS data.
- Investigate and count product discrepancies during the outbound process.
- Ensure FIFO rotation and accurate expiration date recording.
- Verify inbound receipts against Bill of Lading (BOL) and actual received quantities.
- Monitor storage conditions to ensure temperature compliance.
- Record and report damaged, or poor-quality products removed from inventory.
- Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Assist with driver check-in to verify documentation and outbound load accuracy.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support inventory and operational needs.
- Familiarity with perishable products and inventory processes.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in cold storage environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
- Ability to work in extreme temperature changes, moisture, noise, odors, and moving equipment.
- Ability to Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of inventory control experience in a food service distribution or warehouse environment strongly preferred.
