Job Summary:
Rayito de Sol is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Enrollment Growth to lead our enrollment and family engagement initiatives across our seven Illinois locations. In this key leadership role, you will oversee on-site Family Engagement Specialists, driving accountability, training, and performance to achieve enrollment goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you will collaborate closely with marketing to align strategies, analyze sales data to inform decisions, and inspire a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Family Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospective families through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and community events to promote the daycare center and its programs.
- Enrollment Process: Guide families through the enrollment process, explaining program options, policies, and procedures while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Tours and Visits: Conduct facility tours for prospective families, showcasing the daycare center's environment, staff, and educational offerings to help them make informed decisions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with families to ensure a welcoming and supportive enrollment experience.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community events, fairs, and informational sessions to raise awareness of the daycare center and connect with local families.
- Documentation Management: Assist families with completing enrollment forms and maintaining accurate records of family information and enrollment status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the childcare staff and administration to ensure a seamless transition for families and children entering the center.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from enrolled families to improve enrollment processes and enhance the overall experience at the daycare center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in early childhood education, social work, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
