Key Responsibilities:

• We are responsible for preparing products for sale, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and freshness.
• We maintain adequate product levels and cleanliness standards across all areas of the store.
• We communicate customer requests and temperature breakdowns to management in a timely and effective manner.
• We are responsible for maintaining supplies and equipment in good working condition to prevent disruptions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• We perform tasks assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the deli department.
• We assist in receiving and storing products to ensure they are properly handled and stored.
• We strive to provide excellent front-end service, aiming to maintain a 'no noticeable wait' standard.
• We promote specials and offers to engage customers and drive sales.

Essential Qualifications:

• We possess a friendly and outgoing personality, which enables us to build strong relationships with customers.
• We are able to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively to achieve common goals.
• We possess strong customer service and selling skills, which allow us to provide exceptional experiences for customers.
• We must be at least 18 years old to meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
• We are physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• We are willing to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• We are able to push or pull loaded grocery carts unassisted.
• We have the ability to climb ladders and balance on step stools as needed.
