Position Summary:
The role involves overseeing personal and company financial data and compliance by maintaining accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, and conducting daily financial entries and reconciliations. Responsibilities also include performing accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, entering data into general ledgers, and recording payments and adjustments.
The individual will be recording and maintaining the business's financial transactions by logging weekly activities such as purchases, sales, and payments into a general ledger and reconciling them with online bank statements.

**Work Remotely:**
This position allows for remote work 3 days a week, but candidates must be flexible and able to come into the office in Walnut Creek as needed.
