Administrative Coordinator
Temp to Perm Immediate Opportunity!
$22-25/hour
Well-established construction and restoration company is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. In this role you will work closely with all stakeholders - homeowners, business owners, insurance companies and office crew - to ensure work is done in a timely and efficient manner, make sure projects stay on track, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure the proper steps are taken to recoup loss. The qualified candidate must be customer centric, have excellent attention to details, be able to multitask, highly organized and have excellent computer skills. 2 years' experience demonstrating the skills listed below required. Construction related experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for phone calls and emails.
- Proficiency in scheduling software/tools for job scheduling and updating online platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for external communication with customers, insurance companies, and vendors.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate internal communication between departments.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking jobs and updates.
- Data entry skills for accurately entering jobs and noting updates in systems or databases.
Salary : $22 - $25
