Automation Engineering Manager

125,000 - $135,000 Bonus

If you are seeking an opportunity to be part of an innovative and reputable machinery company than this opportunity is for you!  As the Automation Engineering Manager - Operations Manager, you will play a significant role in enhancing operational efficiencies through the strategic implementation of automation technologies. This position involves overseeing the development and maintenance of automation systems and ensuring they align with goals and performance standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to successfully integrate automation solutions that support objectives and stay up with emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage. The Automation Manager will supervise the department and work with cross functional teams to contribute to the optimization of workflows, ultimately leading to increased productivity and quality in the organization’s outputs while maintaining the highest safety standards.  This position will also support an efficient management system based on ISO standards.

Qualified candidates will have :

• 8-10 years related experience including managing a team and working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on machinery processes, automation, and controls.
• Strong computer skills including working with ERP systems and PLCs
• BS degree in Engineering or related area highly desired.  UL certification
• Must be willing to do some travel to customers

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
