ISE Special Education teacher 25/26 School Year

ISE Special Education Teacher position available at Raymond C. LaPerche Elementary School beginning with the 2025-2026 School Year. QUALIFICATIONS RIDE certification in Teacher of students with intellectual disabilities REPORTS TO Building Principal Director of Special Education REPRESENTATION STATUS NEA Contract DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, coordinates and implements curriculum that aligns with the Essential Elements for ELA & Math Collects, analyzes and prepares data to inform instruction and share with colleagues and parents Works collaboratively as part of the special education team. Demonstrates and models best practices in students with intellectual disabilities Collaborates with outside agencies, school personnel and parents for the purpose of identification of students having a disability.
