Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Field Service Administrative Assistant to join our service team! The primary objective of this position is to administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of Field Service Leadership as well as support and assist in the daily tasks of the Service department for optimal efficiencies.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation of all completed and pending project installations.
- Compile information and reports for Service Management.
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors and client resources for flawless execution of projects.
- Coordinates changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Assisting supervisor in ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully act as a liaison to support the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform duties for the Service department as directed by Service management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business-related events and conversations.
- Schedule appointments, provide information to callers, compose and type correspondence, read and route incoming mail, and perform other administrative and clerical duties. Generate letters, memoranda and reports, and perform special projects as required by the management team.
- Maintain accurate professional records and files.
- Coordinate conference and training rooms for meetings. Make arrangements for meals and refreshments as necessary.

- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
- Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Assume more responsibility as required.
- Comply with the employee handbook and other company policies.
- Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Associate degree (AA, AS) or equivalent from two-year college and at least 4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10% (4 hours per week)
- Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.
- Position is sedentary and desk bound.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Pay Range:
- The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
