Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Equity Electronic Sales / Sales Trader for the RJET platform. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market structure, algorithmic trading strategies, and execution analytics to provide clients with tailored trading solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds.
- Provide expertise on electronic trading solutions, including algorithmic execution, smart order routing, and transaction cost analysis (TCA).
- Collaborate with clients to optimize execution strategies based on market conditions and trading objectives.
- Monitor market activity and provide real-time insights on execution performance and market trends.
- Work closely with technology and quant teams to enhance electronic trading capabilities and client offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls in all trading activities.
