Job Summary:
The Lead Analyst, Content Writer will develop, manage, and execute comprehensive communication plans related to technology initiatives, changes, education, awareness, and promotion. In this role, you will drive the content strategy for internal communications and create, edit, and manage promotional and educational resources for end users related to IT initiatives. This position requires extensive interaction with internal customers and subject matter experts. Experience in translating complex strategic information into client-friendly messaging across all content mediums is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic, comprehensive technology communication plans to ensure financial advisors are well-informed and engaged with major tech initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Workplace (Microsoft 365, Mobile apps, etc.).
- Compose high-quality content that aligns and meets technology objectives and client needs. This includes producing articles, creating executive summaries and talking points, and other content as applicable.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently, taking initiative to manage and execute communication plans without requiring direction.
- Acts as a liaison between Corporate Communication and internal business units as it relates to communication efforts.
- Consults with internal partners and subject matter experts on content creation and implementation for supported initiatives. Identifies, manages and executes content communication strategies to support technology releases, changes, education, awareness and promotion.
- Drives technology content strategy for the firm's intranet and other internal resources.
- Combines data analysis, user research and feedback, and content audits to make content decisions and orchestrate communication and content development.
- Identifies new communication opportunities by identifying requirements in relation to technology offerings.
- Tracks communication plans in flight and informs communication partners of upcoming technology initiatives.
- Proofs content for internal use.
- Drafts technology incident communications as needed.
- Works with management to research new tools and processes and presents findings and implementation recommendations to improve content and communication strategies.
- Partners with subject matter experts to analyze, document, and translate technical information and specs into clients' needs, as well as craft impactful content.
- Devises and implements methodologies that increase the quality and usability of content.
- Serves as a steward of consistency in style and tone of content.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills/Previous Experience:
- Six (6) or more years of experience in writing and/or communications preferred.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough and independent research on AI topics, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Flexibility to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats, from technical documentation to marketing content.
- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies that align with business goals.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all written materials.
- Ability to develop and implement initiatives to enhance communication strategy.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in organizing, managing, and tracking multiple tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of resolving complex challenges and working on high-impact projects.
