Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor Salesforce administrators.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Own system documentation and release management strategy.
- Champion a declarative-first approach while balancing performance and maintainability.
- Design and maintain a secure Salesforce environment.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of Salesforce experience, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.
- Salesforce certifications required (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Application Developer, Application Architect).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in agile environments and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in data architecture or business intelligence is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration tools.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
