Job Summary :
We are seeking a full-time Client Service Associate who can provide concierge level service to our advisors, clients, and prospects. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, ethical, passionate about clients, and dedicated to exceeding performance standards.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- New client onboarding
- Ongoing client service and communication
- Money movement
- Client correspondence, including scheduling meetings
- Preparing paperwork for client meetings
Qualifications and Skills
Education :
