Job Description
At Scheff and Liddell Wealth Group, we believe experience matters, in both depth and variety. We operate as a well-coordinated team to stay sharp and deliver on the highest level of customer service for our clients. As such, we are thrilled to be adding a Junior Financial Advisor to our team. The Advisor will begin by providing outstanding service to existing clients while representing the Scheff and Liddell brand. From there, the Advisor will learn to develop and foster new relationships.
Responsibilities :
Manage and develop important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues. Clients are likely to include business owners, executives, retirees, and families.
Develop a personal network and represent the organization at community events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.
Support the branch's growth of the overall business
Enter customer information that has been gathered through research and / or through direct customer contact into the CRM system, to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities. Enter trades as requested.
Participate in continuing education and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and daily news.
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in adherence with regulatory requirements
Schedule appointments, meeting preparation and follow-up
Knowledge of
- Economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Company's working structure, policies, mission, strategies, and compliance guidelines.
