Position: Guest Service Supervisor
Wage Information: The starting salary range is $17.00 - $18.00 dollars/hour and may increase based on experience. New hires are eligible for wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, as well as after 6 months.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Weekends required, overnights required, Fosse experience required.

What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily operations at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
Lead and train front desk staff, providing guidance on guest service, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all team members are aligned with hotel service standards.

We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in guest services or hospitality management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Lo que harás:
Supervisar las operaciones diarias en la recepción, incluyendo check-ins, check-outs y consultas de los huéspedes.
Liderar y capacitar al personal de recepción, brindando orientación sobre el servicio al huésped, resolución de conflictos y colaboración en equipo.
Colaborar con otros departamentos, como limpieza y mantenimiento, para asegurar experiencias perfectas para los huéspedes.
Abordar las inquietudes de los huéspedes y resolver cualquier problema de manera rápida y profesional.
Monitorear la satisfacción de los huéspedes y asegurarse de que todos los miembros del equipo estén alineados con los estándares de servicio del hotel.

Lo que buscamos:
Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y organización, con experiencia en servicio al huésped o gestión hotelera.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
