BACKGROUND PROFILE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a deep specialization in sheet metal to lead complex projects in our Oahu, Hawaii operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of sheet metal systems and installation.
EXPERTISE IN:
- Oversee all aspects of sheet metal project management from pre-construction to final completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and trade partners.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project changes and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of estimating and bidding processes.
EXPOSURE TO:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sheet metal project management.
- In-depth knowledge of sheet metal systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
