Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities :
- Lead projects from start to finish, including product design and development.
- Resolve product and process issues, support new product / process development, conduct technical investigations, and prepare design specifications for management review.
- Design mechanical systems for prototypes, pre-commercial, and new commercial products in a fast-paced product development environment.
- Deliver quality designs that meet the needs of demanding industrial manufacturing clients.
- Demonstrate technical leadership and strong work ethic, managing projects both as a team leader and a participant.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to develop and complete product designs.
- Utilize CAD and CAE tools for design and analysis, including SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS preferred).
