Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Fleet Analytics Developer is the creation and maintenance of customer fleet reports, as well as giving insights and recommendations to stakeholders concerning fleet maintenance and telematics. This position creates and modifies customer fleet reports using data from the various business systems which are defined as (but not limited to) EBS, Microsoft Business Central, iWarehouse, iTrack, Oracle, SAP, Project Management software, Microsoft Teams, Helpdesk Software, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Integration Services, Microsoft Power BI, & Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Presenting fleet analytics information through reports and visualizations via SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting software
- Working directly with customer-facing departments to collaborate on projects and to solve complex fleet analytics needs
- Providing insights and recommendations to customer-facing departments concerning fleet maintenance and telematics trends
- Monitoring audit reports related to fleet maintenance, telematics, & data consistency
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of fleet analytics reports
- Performing tasks to clean up data and participating in data consistency initiatives
- Fulfilling ad hoc requests for data and analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of relative experience
- Direct experience in material handling fleet analysis is preferred
- Proficient with SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, & Microsoft Excel
- Project management skills are required
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate with those at all levels of the organization.
- Must be a team player
