Role Summary As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in tailoring global marketing strategies to the US market, driving digital campaign activations, and managing relationships with agency partners. This position emphasizes paid media strategy, a deep understanding of US commercial marketing trends, and the ability to maintain RAYMOND WEIL's position as a leader in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
● Agency Management: Partner with and set the strategy for the US Digital Marketing Agency of Record, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute cross-channel strategies, budgets, and revenue forecasts for paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Display, and Affiliate channels.
● Digital Marketing Activations: Adapt and implement global campaigns to reflect US commercial marketing holidays and local consumer behavior.
● PR & Outreach: Support digital PR initiatives by fostering relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
● Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing attribution models, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
● Reporting: Generate and analyze internal KPI reports and forecasting documents to share with global headquarters, informing future strategies.
● Shopify Oversight: Align digital marketing efforts with the US Shopify experience, analyze performance metrics, and manage US e-commerce merchandising, and promotions.
Qualifications
● Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns and agency management.
● Technical Skills:
○ Expertise in managing paid search and paid social channels.
○ Proficiency in digital specs, marketing attribution models, and Shopify.
○ Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools.
● Communication: Excellent ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts for internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders.
● Passion for E-commerce: A strong commitment to understanding and improving the customer journey, from first advertising touchpoint to the final website interaction.
● Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in adapting global marketing plans to meet local market needs and trends.
Preferred Skills
● Proven experience managing marketing agencies and optimizing touchpoints throughout the marketing funnel.
