As part of our technology modernization efforts Raymour and Flanigan is implementing NetSuite and we’re seeking a high impact technology leader with NetSuite experience who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, business process optimization, 3rd party integrations and application development aspects of NetSuite. In this role you will help evaluate our needs and objectives and then offer the best solutions to accomplish those outcomes including implementation.

As part of our technology modernization efforts Raymour and Flanigan is implementing NetSuite and we’re seeking a high impact technology leader with NetSuite experience who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, business process optimization, 3rd party integrations and application development aspects of NetSuite. In this role you will help evaluate our needs and objectives and then offer the best solutions to accomplish those outcomes including implementation.
- Please note: This role is 100% on-site.
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite system including user setup, roles, permissions, and configurations, including periodic review and adjustment
- Manage and maintain customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations and customizations to meet evolving business needs
- Create and edit dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc.
- Create and edit complex searches and reports including distribution to recipients (scheduled, automatic delivery)
- Perform regular system audits and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop strategies and processes that help us stay up to date with Health Check items and other System updates
- Work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness in the NetSuite system
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems
- Provide ongoing training and support to end-users on the NetSuite system
- Work as point of contact for issues related to NetSuite system
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system reliability, security, and performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite system updates and best practices
- Support Change Management of NetSuite system
- Assist in leading system upgrades and updates by working with internal and external teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3 years of experience administering and supporting NetSuite
- NetSuite Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory management, and order management
- Experience with customizations, workflows, and scripting in NetSuite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
