Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Commercial and Industrial Sales Representative will work as a partner with their customers to determine the best water solutions for the needs of their business. Starting with a water analysis and a review of system requirements, the Sales Representative can help customers increase the life span of their equipment, save money on water treatment chemicals, reduce downtime, and enhance water quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. The Commercial Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
This position will be responsible for growing Commercial sales throughout Southern California, as well as Northern California and the Phoenix areas.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Manage territory effectively, ensuring all accounts are serviced regularly and efficiently.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in commercial or technical environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.
- Familiarity with retail sales tactics and technology sales processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with water treatment is preferred but not required
- Must be a self-starter with initiative, intuitive, and familiar with consultative selling skills
- Computer skills in most Microsoft Office applications are required
- Able to produce generated sales each month and be well-organized
- A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team, and a burning desire to succeed
- Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of territory management principles to optimize client engagement.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
