Position Overview
Raynor Door Co., Inc. of the Quad Cities is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers both on the telephone and in person, scheduling service appointments, processing paperwork, monitoring customer accounts and providing customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, hardworking and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality customer service by answering the phone and interacting with walk-in customers.
- Assess customer’s service needs and schedule accordingly.
- Provide follow up to service customers if necessary.
- Review existing customer accounts.
- Provide timely resolution to any warranty issues that may arise.
- Assist with order processing.
- Assist/lead any special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug test & background check in accordance with company policies.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and work within a team environment.
