Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and communicate findings to appropriate departments and personnel.
- Gather product and customer requirements, identifying unmet needs and areas for improvement.
- Define product requirements and specifications.
- Determine how new products will be justified (ROI), developed, priced, presented, and promoted.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Monitor product offering performance, customer feedback, and market trends to recommend changes and address underperforming offerings.
- Identify areas for cost reductions while maintaining overall product quality.
- Develop product communications and messaging, perform product presentations to sales representatives and customers, and manage the rollout of communiqués.
- Be an expert on competitive offerings, features, and benefits to ensure our products lead in the market.
- Oversee project management aspects, including scope, schedule.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by the business from time to time.

Pay: $60,000-90,000
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
