Are you an HVAC Lead Installer Expert who can Install HVAC units & systems (gas to gas, oil to gas, high efficiency, communicating systems, gas piping, venting, boilers, IAQ -- NO oil for oil) and lead the 2nd on the job well?!  Does everyone call YOU because you can always figure it out?   Are you the HVAC Installation WIZARD?

What Do Our HVAC Technicians Do?

You can layout and lead the installation of HVAC systems and help customers know how to use it when you leave. Completing an installation in a way you can be PROUD you did and showing your 2nd how to do it better every day along the way.  Teaching in a way that you wanted to be taught, helping to grow the department and your own opportunities for growth!!

You will get to be the one who is in charge of your HVAC crew each day and be the answer the customer has been looking for! You get to show them why they only want you from Raynor Services, because you showed them how awesome you are at installing and now they love you!  No one has ever done that for them before. YOU CAN!

What Do You Need?

• Maintain great communication with your teams.
• Minimum of 5 years installation experience
• Keep your company truck clean and stocked, inside and out.
• Have the needed Licenses and Certifications.
• The ability to document what you found and did.
• Be on time and in work daily.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Have and keep a clean driving record with a valid drivers license.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
