HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a great person who is also a great HVAC Service Technician!

Are you an expert at repairing HVAC equipment?  Can you see the issue and what caused it?  Can you run full assessments on HVAC units and provide customers with the solutions that only an expert knows?!  Does everyone call YOU because you can always figure it out?

What Do Our HVAC Technicians Do?

You diagnose and repair HVAC systems and help customers to make informed and confident decisions on al their repair options. Presenting repair options that you would be PROUD to help the customer with. Options that would make the customers love the benefits that your skills provided. You will not just go out and mindlessly do what someone else told you to do, only installing what others have sold.

You will get to be the one who solves the problems and be the answer the customer has been looking for! You get to show them why they only want you from Raynor Services, because you showed them the problem and let them pick which option worked best for their wants, their budget and their needs. No one has ever done that for them before. YOU CAN!

• Maintain great communication with your teams.

• Have the needed Licenses and Certifications.
• The ability to document what you found and did.
• Be on time and in work daily.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and keep a clean driving record with a valid drivers license.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
