General Laborer/Warehouse

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting incoming product prior to putting into production. Inspecting finished ready to ship product and packaging for shipment to end customer.
• Load or unload unfinished and finished parts from pallets and boxes.
• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. We will train on site.
• Ability to stand on feet, bend at the waist to pick heavy materials for extended periods is a must. This is a physical job.
• Must be open to working weekends as needed. Our people work 5, 10-hour shifts. Overtime is expected and is a bonus our people enjoy. As needed, we work Satudays as well.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
• Punctuality, and a good attitude with ability to jump in and help where needed to get the job done is our biggest job requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
