We are seeking a Skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Employment Type : Part-time
Compensation : $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
Working Hours :
Every Saturdays and Sundays Every other Thursday Shifts : 7am – 7pm daily Key Responsibilities :
Must have the following skills below :
Assist the patient in safely transferring between bed and power wheelchair using a hoyer lift or other mobility aids. Ensure proper positioning in bed and wheelchair to prevent pressure sores and promote comfort. Perform hygiene and grooming tasks , including bathing, oral care, and dressing, while maintaining patient dignity. Monitor and maintain the power wheelchair , including ensuring it is charged and functioning properly. Support with feeding , meal preparation, and setting up the patient in the wheelchair for meals when appropriate. Safely administer tube feedings according to the prescribed care plan, ensuring hygiene and proper technique. Monitor and maintain the feeding tube , including cleaning and checking for blockages or signs of infection. Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and report any changes promptly. Perform light housekeeping , including changing bed linens and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Assist with range-of-motion exercises to prevent muscle stiffness and maintain joint flexibility. Provide companionship and emotional support to improve the patient’s mental well-being. Collaborate with the supervising nurse or care team to follow the care plan and adjust as needed based on the patient’s condition. Qualifications :
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Georgia. 3 to 5 years of CNA experience, including proficiency with hoyer lift usage. Dependable, compassionate, and skilled in providing high-quality care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in a home care setting is preferred but not required.
