Auto Body Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring safety and satisfaction for every client.

Duties

• Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform body repairs, including welding, using various techniques and tools.
• Utilize airless paint spraying equipment to apply finishes and coatings.
• Replace or repair auto glass as needed.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and the use of power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
