Raytheon’s EW Site in Goleta, CA is seeking a Lab Lead to implement and maintain Raytheon Compliance Processes across multiple Integration and Test labs. You will work with a diverse team to drive positive impact and provide robust solutions for commitments and company compliance standards. In addition, you will be instrumental in optimizing processes, driving continuous improvements, and contributing to the successful alignment of standards. What You Will Do
Provide Lab Lead oversite to implement and maintain Operations of Engineering Lab Areas; includes management of Lab Operating Procedure (LOP), Foreign Object Elimination (FOE), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) policies, and Access Management.
Management of property, metrology, tool control, and Environment Health Safety & Sustainment.
Oversee audit / assessment preparation. Overseeing Engineering Lab Objective Evaluation and Voluntary Protection Program; develop corrective action plans and assist in the development of long-range objectives, including program goals.
Safeguarding of proprietary material, hardware, and documentation, utilizing defense material / property under Export Administration Regulations (ITAR Compliant).
Develop and implement communication plans, providing consulting support to functional and program management.
Responsibilities also include supporting AS 9100 / ISO 9001 audits, DCMA audits and EHS audits.
Use innovative problem-solving methods and creative solutions
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.
Will work 1st shift Primary but may have early / late work call to support program lab tasking.

Qualifications You Must Have :
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in an engineering lab environment area that includes safety, compliance, and / or property management.
Knowledgeable in lab safety and / or 6S (Housekeeping).
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles, and / or LEAN, CORE, ACE, or Six-Sigma training
Experience with AS 9100 / ISO 9001 audits.
Asset Management Systems experience (ARAMIS).
Data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Working Knowledge of lab run rules, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge of ESD Controls (Garment control, wrist straps, Static Safe Work Station (SSWS), and monitoring).
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work well with others and on teams. Highly motivated self-starter.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
