- Ensure consistent communication of results and needs to streamline production effectiveness and strategic growth.
Drive Operations Excellence
Oversee the implementation of a dynamic performance management system. Cultivate cross-functional teamwork to optimize our production performance measurably across key indicators. Engage directly in the financial planning aspects supporting cost management and operational improvements.
