• Engage on the factory floor: Dive into shop floor management and workforce dynamics.
• Oversee operations: From logistics and warehouse management to financial oversight including plant Profit & Loss.
• Optimize production: Collaborate with leadership to keep tactical plans and budgets aligned with operational activities.
• Lead with vision: Directly manage factory personnel and encourage talent development through mentorship and team building.

Your leadership ensures our site aligns both strategically and operationally while planning for future growth and improvements. Collaborate with corporate functions to craft yearly manufacturing plans, involving stakeholders in maintaining high efficiencies and cost control.

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years related experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years.
