The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
Application Portfolio Management (APM) Lead within the Digital function, responsible for:
Establishing a unified, foundational Application Inventory to promote data quality, visibility, and integrity
Creating a standard taxonomy to classify applications aligned with RTX’s ServiceNow CMDB data model
Establish governance frameworks to ensure effective application lifecycle management
What You Will Do:
Application Portfolio Governance – Establish and apply governance frameworks and standards to ensure effective application lifecycle management, compliance, and alignment with strategy.
APM Tooling Implementation & Management – Implement, and maintain Application Portfolio Management (APM) tooling (i.e., ServiceNow APM)
Data Management & Analytics – Ensure accurate and comprehensive application data by defining metadata standards, integrating sources (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.), to enable data-driven decision-making
Application Rationalization – Conduct portfolio assessments to identify redundant, obsolete, or underutilized applications, optimizing costs, reducing technical debt, and improving efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Committees – Work with Digital leaders, enterprise architects, and business unit application teams to maintain governance structures, define application ownership, and drive strategic decision-making.
Technology Roadmap & Continuous Improvement – Develop and evolve the APM strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years applicable experience or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of S2P Applications and procurement experience including:
Perform S2P Applications configuration/maintenance
Knowledge of Procurement and Material Management within S2P processes with focus on systems support.
Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques to include process flow diagram preparation with strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
