Global Communications Leadership Development Program
Our multi-year, rotational Leadership Development Program (LDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments. Expect support from leaders, assignment managers & your program manager as you grow towards becoming a future leader. The Global Communications Leadership Development Program (GCLDP) is the premier entry point into the company & provides an exceptional foundation for accelerated career success. Recruiting now for programs beginning June/July 2024.
Basic Qualifications
Applicants MUST be willing/able to relocate for all rotational assignments & have flexibility to travel/live anywhere in the U.S. & possibly abroad. This flexibility will result in dynamic rotations that provide broad exposure & further develop your functional skills.
Selection is based on the following minimum criteria:
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Relevant internship/co-op experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related discipline.
- Cumulative 3.2 GPA & transcripts are required at time of application. Degree must be obtained between December 2023 - June 2024
- Self-motivated, driven & team-oriented; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Program intended for internal interns/ Co-ops and external entry level professionals; we will primarily consider internal HRLDP interns however, we may consider RTX enterprise wide interns as well.

The salary range for this role is $52K - $124K; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
