The following position is to join RTX Corporate team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous HR Partner (HRP) Manager with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. The ideal candidate is self-driven, possesses excellent coaching skills, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Lead and execute HR projects that align with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on talent management, performance improvement, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize workforce planning.
- Support/train leaders on employee transactions such as job changes, terminations, and supervisor moves.
- On a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis, utilize Workday reports and Qlik to update a variety of data dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, statutes and the RTX Code of Ethics and company policies, proactively mitigating risks.
- Build a network of key partners across the function in areas such as Total Rewards, Talent, Workforce Intelligence & Employee & Labor Relations
- Support organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
- Deliver people-focused, innovative, and connected solutions built to optimize the RTX employee experience – work, grow, belong
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, such as HR Business Partner, HR Management, or related roles supporting a large corporation.
- Must be a US Citizen/ US Person 'Green Card' holder.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret HR data and drive strategic decisions.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

- Coaching skills to support leadership and employee development.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Asana and Workday for reporting and data analysis.
Location: Hybrid, preferably from Farmington, CT.
