The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:
Role Overview:
As an Office 365 Labeling Product Expert, you will utilize your expertise in Office 365 architecture, administration, and best practices, along with a solid understanding of security, legal, and regulatory/compliance requirements. This role is responsible for supporting Microsoft Information Protection/Azure Information Protection and Unified labeling within our Microsoft GCCH tenant. You will be a subject matter expert in labeling, focusing on driving labeling program initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation and diagrams, and ensuring compliance with RTX mandates.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement labeling products based on requirements while adhering to cyber and security policies.
- Assist project members with analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for system labeling improvements.
- Execute change management requests related to labeling, including scheduled and planned maintenance support.
- Provide technical consulting to end-user support and other infrastructure teams post-implementation.
- Research, test, and implement labeling tools and next-generation compliance technologies in a GCC High environment.
- Coordinate and escalate compliance issues to Microsoft Support.
- Comply with RTX Cyber Security requirements.
- Use PowerShell scripts to troubleshoot AIP/Unified Labeling issues.
- Collaborate with the internal QA team to ensure accurate testing of AIP, Microsoft DLP, and O365 governance services.
- Attend vendor meetings to support AIP/Unified Labeling services and products.
- Troubleshoot Unified Labeling clients and tools.
- Track and manage short and long-term issues related to AIP/Unified Labeling and governance services.
- Provide L2/L3/L4 incident support and leadership for compliance labeling and O365 governance.
- Update knowledge base articles and documentation on best practices and proprietary tools for Unified Labeling.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- 1-3 years of hands on experience with MIP/AIP/UL troubleshooting in an Enterprise Level environment or
- 1-3 years experience with Windows PowerShell scripting, Office 365, Service Now, Incident Resolution, Azure Info Protection or Microsoft Info Protection, and SLA management
- 3-5 years of experience, ideally 3 years as an O365 engineer in a large enterprise
- U.S. Citizen Required
- Location: HYBRID TX or CT
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with AIP/Unified Labeling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Government Community Cloud High (GCCH) environment
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory
- Some experience with AvePoint Compliance Guardian
- Knowledge of data classification and protection
- Experience with IT transformation initiatives in complex, agile environments
