Job SummarySecurity Manager (non-supervisory) for a Special Access Program (SAP) at Raytheon's McKinney, Texas campus. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with current investigation date. This position serves as the lead CPSO in a fast-paced and demanding security environment. A highly qualified candidate will have extensive experience in the oversight, management, and implementation of contractual security requirements for engineering development labs and multifunction facilities utilizing the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 series, the ICD-705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).Responsibilities to Anticipate: Compile, submit and receive Program Access Requests (PARs)/Request for Access (RFA)Provide indoctrination and security education briefings to accessed employeesProduce & issue program badges (if applicable)Participate in facility construction meetings, build out, and documentation (if applicable)Prepare, submit and receive area/facility accreditationReview DD254 and Security Classification Guidance (SCG)Complete or assist in the drafting and completion of the Standard Operating Procedure, Concept of Operations, Operational Security Plans, Outside Work Requests, and/or Test PlansBasic Qualifications: US Citizenship and 10 years relevant professional experienceExisting DOD Top Secret Clearance within 6 yearsSelf-starter, critical thinker, problem solver requiring minimal supervision, who has great attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasksAbility to plan, schedule, arrange activities in accomplishing objectives, and develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problemsExperience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsWilling to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, and willing to travel on company businessAbility to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees and external stakeholders using good interpersonal skills and displaying a professional imagePreferred Qualifications:Experience in a Special Program environment and understanding of government guidance to include the NISPOM and DoD VolumesSecurity related certification and training coursesDatabase experience with JADE, JADs, ePAR, and DISSRequired Education (including Major):Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years experience.What We Offer:Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
