Both forms can be found at www.raytownschools.org under the "About Us" tab. Please email forms to community.education@raytownschools.org, send as a fax to 816-268-7029, or send as a hard copy mailed to Raytown Community Education, 6608 Raytown Road, Raytown, MO 64133.Note : Course proposals take several weeks to process. The Raytown Schools Community Education team usually works one semester ahead of the current semester.
