Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration Technical Lead to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end SAP data migration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and seamless integration within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP data migration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and align on migration strategies.
- Design and implement efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP data migration projects, including S/4HANA.
- Expertise in SAP tools such as BODS, LSMW, and IDocs.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data transformation tools.
- Strong understanding of data quality and governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work onsite in New Jersey at least 3 days per week.
