Responsibilities and Duties:

- Providing adaptive equipment and training to assist clients in performing daily tasks
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating clients and their families on strategies for maintaining independence and preventing injury
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
