Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide rehabilitation services to clients with physical, mental, or developmental impairments. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans to improve clients' quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conduct assessments to determine clients' physical and cognitive abilities.

2. Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.

3. Implement therapeutic activities to improve clients' motor skills, strength, coordination, balance, and cognitive function.

4. Educate clients and their families on adaptive strategies and equipment to facilitate independence.

5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

6. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clients' assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

7. Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in occupational therapy.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

2. Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

5. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

6. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

7. Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
